Choose the consultation that suits your situation. All consultations are confidential legal advice from a criminal lawyer, held online by video, in English or Mandarin.

Which consultation should I choose?

• Priority is for people who need advice quickly: a court date in the next few days, a police interview request, a family member in custody, a newly served intervention order, or an investigation into financial or sexual offences. You pay the higher fee and we put your matter first.
• Standard is for people who have some time before their next step. You get the next available appointment.
• 60 minutes suits indictable offences and serious charges. 30 minutes suits summary offences, driving matters and intervention orders.

What happens after you book

1. We check that we can act for you (a conflict check). If we cannot, we tell you promptly.
2. We contact you to confirm a time and ask for your charge sheet, police summary, court notice or intervention order paperwork.
3. Your lawyer gives you advice on your situation and options, and if you want us to act for you, a written quote for the next stage.

Not ready to book?

If you would just like a written quote for our fees, send your court documents through our enquiry form. Quotes are free. If someone is in custody or has a court date tomorrow, please call us as well.

Booking a consultation does not make us your lawyers for the whole matter. We confirm in writing if we are going to act for you. Our priority commitment applies once payment is received and we have confirmed we can act.
