Traffic and licence matters
I was charged with several traffic offences and was very worried about a criminal record, fines or even losing my licence. Luckily I found lawyer Chua. He is very professional, careful and experienced, and from the start he patiently analysed my case and worked out a detailed strategy. In the end, with his help, the offences were found proven in court but dismissed under section 76 of the Sentencing Act. I was not fined, I have no criminal record and, most importantly, I kept my licence!
